About Shaiann

Hi! My name is Shaiann, and I have experience working with children in both professional and home settings. I previously worked as a toddler teacher, nanny and have also provided direct support to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. I am patient, attentive, and focused on creating a safe and supportive environment. I'm comfortable with routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and helping children stay engaged through play, learning activities, and structured care. I understand how important it is for families to feel confident and at ease, so I always prioritize communication, reliability, and respect. My goal is to make your day easier while ensuring your child feels safe, supported, and cared for. I am available for part-time, full-time, occasional, or consistent care and am happy to discuss your family's specific needs. I am CPR/AED certified and have a CDL A Drivers License. I am a very safe driver and can provide an up to date MVR.
