About Shae

Compassionate, patient caregiving with experience working in many different long term care facilities. I have lots of experience caring for people with many different needs and have a soft spot in my heart for memory care. I use a relational approach with a focus on co-regulation and a calm environment. I'd describe my personality as calm, kind, and confident I feel like our elders have so much to offer us by simply being in their presence. Our society often doesn't hold the reverence and respect that I think seniors deserve. Caring for them feels like a mutually beneficial act for me.
