About Shadi

Hello! I'm Shadi, a human rights lawyer with a full-time career, offering afternoon and weekend support for families seeking more than supervision -- mentorship, structure, and meaningful growth. I'm also a proud parent of two successful children. Supporting them through life stages and challenges shaped how I work with youth. I've been closely involved in their development, including supportive therapy journeys that strengthened emotional intelligence, confidence, and resilience. This helps me support children academically, emotionally, and socially. Having lived in Turkey and the UAE, I'm comfortable with diverse cultures and value respect and communication. I provide homework help, study skills, reading and writing support, and guidance in responsibility, empathy, and problem-solving. For older students, I assist with goals, career exploration, resumes, and leadership skills. I work patiently with each child, helping them grow with confidence step by step.
