About Shaderria

Hi there! I'm Derria, a dedicated and experienced babysitter with a strong background in child care. I started as a babysitter for kids in temporary housing in the foster care systems at age 15. I then started to teach swim lessons for ages 6 months and up, managing classes with up to 6 kids in the water at once for 2 years. I am currently working as a Lead Teacher at a daycare/pre-k working with kids ranging 6 months-5 years for the past year. I completed an Early Childhood Education course in high school finishing with the nocti award. My favorite things to do with the kids are crafts and reading books. I will soon be starting college and I'm looking to make the switch from daycare to full time nannying. Although I have no nannying experience and fairly young, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for your children and will not fail to meet your child's needs.
