Shay was incredibly attentive while caring for my little one. From the start, she established a daily routine that included circle time, nap time, and outdoor play and emphasis on education. She managed two children at different stages and with different behaviors beautifully encouraging positive behavior, supporting milestones, and creating a calm, structured environment. Her background as an educator was clear in the way she prepared activities, fostered learning, and built a routine that worked well for our family. Shay is also an excellent communicator she consistently shared what was working, what needed adjustment, and how the children interacted with one another. Most importantly, she was attentive to safety, behavior, and emotional well-being, always coming prepared and ready to engage. Shay truly brought her teaching experience into our home, and her presence was a blessing as we navigated the growing pains of early childhood.
