I hired Shadasha to transport me for a medical appointment. She confirmed the night before that should would be here, and day of she never arrived. I attempted to reach her multiple times by text and call, and did not even receive a response from her. I still have not heard from her at all to even apologize or explain what happened. This was a pretty critical appointment I now have to wait over a month to be seen by that office. I'm really disappointed since she seemed really lovely on the phone, but I cannot recommend anyone receive services from this individual especially for important or time sensitive matters.
