About Shadai

Hi! I'm Shadai -- a 26-year-old born and raised in New York City. I strive to positively impact young lives while supporting families with dependable childcare. While I have one year of formal experience caring for children, being the oldest sister and cousin means I've spent most of my life surrounded by little ones -- helping, teaching, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred contact method. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. My family always said I should've been a teacher or in the child care field the way I bond with children of all ages (they call me a kid magnet). Caring for children comes naturally!
