Hi, I'm Sewasew. I've spent over 20 years in caregiving, and one-on-one, relationship-based care is the work I love most. For many of those years I cared for seniors privately in their homes, handling meals, bathing, medications, and appointments, and I stayed with them through the end of their lives. Those families became my family. At the same time, I spent 12 years in the behavioral health unit at Sunrise Behavioral Health, where I helped build the unit and earned multiple awards. Few private caregivers have that clinical background. What that means for your family: I can handle what overwhelms most caregivers. Dementia-related agitation. Anxiety and mood changes.
