I really was excited to invite Serina into our family. We offered a very minimal schedule with the likely hood of increased hours and pay. Serina came out , met our family and proved she was ready to work for us. Serina was aware of the hours and job description, then three days before starting she quit stating she had a rough Christmas and couldn't work for us.
