About Sergio

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past two years, I have been a patient monitor at a local hospital. I am open to respite care, transportation, and home health services, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, including medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I hold a college degree and adapt to changing routines. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I can also de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families through their preferred methods. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family. I have a college class from 2pm- 3:15 p.m. on Monday's if you can work around my class I'd love to help out your family!
