Serenity is, hands down, the best nanny our family has worked with. From day one, she brought this perfect mix of genuine warmth and rock solid reliability that left us without a shred of worry for our daughter's wellbeing. She's endlessly patient, wildly creative with activities, and somehow always knows exactly when it's snack time, nap time, or dance party time. Beyond the day to day, she communicated clearly, respected our house rules, and treated our home like her own. If you're on the fence about hiring her, stop scrolling and book her now, your kids will love her and you'll wonder how you ever managed without her. Five stars isn't enough, honestly, we'd give her ten if we could. P.S. we also have a large very needy dog, and the dog loved Serenity just as much as my daughter did. Huge plus, if you have a dog!
