Making a difference in someone's life is my primary goal as a caregiver. With two years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've developed a passion for promoting their well-being and independence. My background includes a high school degree, along with CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide services such as errands and shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm known for my patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable personality. I understand the importance of building a strong connection with those I care for by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I'm also experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities.
