Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with a college degree and three years of experience providing compassionate care in multiple settings, including nursing homes, private care, and support for children with special needs. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone in my care. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or agitation. I provide assistance with mobility, meal preparation, personal care, and other daily needs tailored to each individual. I communicate effectively with families using their preferred method, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates, and I am CPR certified.
