Serena has been with us for two years. She is a caretaker and an assistant. Her tasks included but were not limited to; cooking, light cleaning in between days our housekeeper is here, laundry, emptying the daily Purewick external catheter and organizing. She helped us run errands (pharmacy pickup for my daughter and I, groceries, packages, taking our cats to the veterinarian) assisting with bathing, taking me to my doctors appointments and on occasion my daughter. We have all enjoyed getting to know each other and appreciate all the work Serena has done for us without missing a day of work due to emergencies, sickness or vacation. We wish her all the best and are confident that things will improve for us as we become stronger and more capable to care for ourselves with less weekly help. In conclusion, we think Serena to be responsible, respectful and mild-mannered and would recommend her services.
