Serena is wonderful. Super attentive, safe, kind, and is SO great with developmental work for the younger ones! She shows up on time with a smile and is still wearing that smile when her day is done. When she has down time, she looks for things to help (dishes, laundry, picking up, etc). I would leave 6 stars if I could, maybe even 7! If you’re lucky, she’ll leave you some delicious food at the end of the day/shift as well (good cook). Definitely having Serena watch our little ones again!!
