Serena cared for our 13 month old in a pinch when she was too ill to attend daycare. Serena was responsive to our messages and went out of her way to accommodate us at the last minute. She immediately connected with A as soon as she stepped through the door. She was kind, even-keeled, caring, and patient with our fussy toddler. Since we don’t do screen time, Serena made sure A was engaged throughout the day with story time, play time, and walks. She’s reliable, trustworthy, and someone we feel very fortunate to have caring for our little one.
