We met Serena when our boys were 15-months and 3-years-old. She started out watching our boys as a mother’s helper and then as a babysitter. She has always been attentive, responsible, fun and has excellent communication with us as parents. We had the opportunity to travel with Serena and she was a tremendous help. She was a soccer player throughout her youth/high school, so she is active, understands the importance of communication, knows how to build relationships and can take direction. Our boys now see Serena as an older sister. The connection she has with our family is so special. Without hesitation, we recommend Serena as a caregiver.
