I'm a trained K-8 reading teacher and a single mom to a teen and an 8-year-old. As my own kids grow more independent, I've found myself missing the sweetness of babies - the quiet rhythm of their days, the cuddles, the joy of early milestones. I'm drawn to caring for a baby again - with fresh perspective and a full heart. I've worked in early childhood and public school settings, including with neurodivergent students, and bring a calm, nurturing presence to my work. I'm also a pet lover (with a husky of my own!) and enjoy light cooking and making a home feel cozy and cared for. I'm currently building a business of my own and stepping away from the structure of 9-5. I'm looking for part-time caregiving (10-15 hours/week, ideally between 11 and 4) with a family who's seeking someone experienced, grounded, and genuinely joyful around babies. I'd be honored to support you and your little one in this season.
