Moli is the best caregiver ever! She is incredibly empathetic and seems to have a sixth sense for the needs of a person with dementia. Everything turned out good for you She was very clear in her communication and was flexible in her availability. She was always early or would communicate immediately, even if the delay was very minor. She has a very calm presence and does whatever it takes to provide excellent care for the patient. She would find activities that my mom enjoys and switch them up frequently so mom wouldn't lose interest. Although my mom "sundowns" with other caregivers, after the first day or two of getting acquainted, Moli was able to intervene and prevent the sundowning before it started. You will never go wrong if you hire Moli!
