I have background working in a daycare environment and as a private nanny. I have my Child Development Associate and plan on going back to school to get my Associate of Science in Education and then my Bachelor in Elementary Education. Currently, I am working at a Montessori preschool. Since I am planning on going back to school in the Spring term (Jan 2019), I am looking for flexible employers willing to work with my schedule. Currently, I can do full time anywhere from 8am-5 p.m. I have a love for working with kids that other caregivers often lack. I truly enjoy working with children. I especially enjoy the Montessori method; teaching children practical life skills, independence and the encouragement of independence, respect for the child's own personal pace of development, and developing self confidence.

Seng nannied for our daughter from 6 to 18 months. Seng has been a joy to have in our house. She arrives with an energetic, cheerful attitude. Seng takes our daughter on daily walks and to the park when when the weather permits, engages with her in play, reads her books, and sings to her. She also provides us details of our daughter's day at the end of each day. Seng took the initiative by creating sensory bottles and smelling jars to engage our daughter in mental development. She also taught our daughter baby sign language. This was really helpful when our daughter was at an age where she understood words but still could not speak to tell us what she wanted. Seng has respected our parenting skills and she has also provided expertise ideas from her previous experience. It was a difficult choice to put our daughter in daycare. Otherwise she would continue as our daughter's nanny. We could not have asked for a better nanny. Seng loves our daughter and our daughter loves her as well.
