About Selma

Hi y'all! Most of my childcare experience comes from caring for younger family members, where I've helped with supervision, playtime, and daily routines. In addition, through my nursing school clinicals, I've gained experience working with children in pediatric and psychiatric settings, as well as caring for infants in labor & delivery and postpartum units. I'm graduating this May with my BSN and will be obtaining my RN shortly after, which has given me a strong foundation in safety, communication, and attentive care. These experiences have helped me become comfortable with kids of all ages, understand different personalities, and stay calm and attentive in a variety of situations. I have a naturally fun and outgoing personality, so I tend to connect easily with kids while still maintaining a safe and structured environment.
