Selin is wonderful!! She watched our 3 toddlers for two nights in a row while we went out in downtown Asheville. She has a calming presence that the kids gravitated towards. We will hire her again when visiting Asheville! 

Selin is truly exceptional, and we were very lucky to have her help our family over the summer. She's grounded, calm, patient, and responsible, yet somehow also able to be playful and silly with our almost 3 year old, too. When she first joined us, Selin really took the time to get to know our kiddo, as if she were allowing him to show her who he was before she made any assumptions. And soon enough they formed a very close bond. 

Bonus!! Selin also took the initiative to clean up and fold laundry during his nap, without our even asking! She's definitely one of those rare above-and-beyond finds. Our whole family will miss her so much as our little one begins school.

Selin is a pro. I hired Selin last minute to help care for our 2-year old while I worked and my wife was out of town for a week. We never hired a caregiver before, and never left our daughter with anyone besides immediate family. Selin brought a sense of peace and calm with her unwavering attentive care and presence with our daughter, and I was able to attend to my work fully focused. When I had a work crisis and had to go out to the job site for the day, Selin was again able to help, and stayed with A. for a full 8-hour day. Selin changed around her schedule so she could help out, and In all, she helped me through three days of caring for A. so that I could work. We truly hope to have her back again.

Selin helped us by watching our 1 yr old regularly until she was able to get into a daycare.  She’s responsible and flexible and went above and beyond what we were hoping for.  She would take our daughter outside a lot and was lots of fun that when Selin came over, our girl would be so excited to see her.  (Our baby girl was very attached to mom so this was not the case with many caretakers).  She also would help us out by straightening up the house while baby is sleeping so that we would come to a clean house everyday.  We are so sad we won’t get to see Selin regularly now that our girl is in daycare but hope she can come again for date nights or if anything comes up.  We highly recommend Selin! 

Selin was amazing with our three month old baby, it was the first time we had left him with a sitter and we felt totally at ease with her. She was so kind and patient with our baby, who was a bit cranky at times! She was flexible with our timings and it was incredible to have a few "date nights" without the the baby. We hope she's available next time we're on vacation in Honolulu. After four nights we will miss her! Thank you Selin!

Selin is very sweet and caring. We hire her for the occasional date nights, and our girls adore her. She is very playful, creative and attentive.

Selin is a wonderful nanny to our 7 month old daughter. She brings a very gentle and calming presence to our home, which I really appreciate. She's also knowledgeable on child development and is great at playfully engaging our little one. Throughout her employment with our family she's been communicative and punctual. I would strongly recommend Selin, she is a great nanny who will give your child the utmost care and attention.

Selin is wonderful with kids. Our daughter absolutely loved her and we are so grateful to have found her. 

Selin babysat our daughter a handful of times over the past few months (our daughter is currently 10 months old).  She is very caring, trustworthy, calm, punctual (and usually early!) and our daughter took to her really well during the first visit.  Selin even recommended a few books to me regarding different parenting styles that she had read and that I was interested in.  This shows how truly passionate she is about her job and the well being of the children she cares for.  While we only knew Selin for a short period of time, our family definitely connected with her and she will be missed!

Selin is so wonderful with our son... my only complaint is that she's leaving us, but we understand transitions in life. We love her dearly and it was such a blessing to have her take care of our so for so many months. She started with us when he was around 6 months and now he's almost 14 months. She is loving, engaging, very thorough, & fun. She saved my son from choking when he was very young and we accidentally bought the wrong teething crackers. Our son loves her and is always excited to see her. She is very conscious about what she eats which translate to her being conscious of what my son eats. I know my son is safe with her. I would trust her to watch him for days without us. She finds fun things for them to do. She is overall magical and any family is going to be grateful they have her. I know she will always have a place in her heart for my little guy and we will for her. 

Selin took care of our 2.5 year-old daughter for six months, and was everything we could have asked for and more.  She made sure our daughter's world was constantly expanding, spending time exploring the world outside, while doing arts & crafts (with an emphasis on learning) inside.  Every day, they would do projects together, and Selin made sure our daughter had something to show for it.  Importantly, Selin made sure our daughter understood that she could have all kinds of fun, but she needed to be mindful of others, and aware of her limits.  Thanks to Selin, it really was a period of growth for our daughter.  

As if that weren't enough, Selin was also really helpful around the house, doing light cleaning, and preparing occasional meals for us.  Overall, we had a really wonderful experience with Selin.  Please feel free to message us if you have any questions. 

Selin lived in my home and cared for my 3.5yr old daughter for 3 weeks straight, while I was out of town. I trusted her with my daughter's life and she delivered. 

Selin took my daughter to and from school, made super healthy meals, got her to the beach daily and kept my daughter very safe. During my work trip, she ensured I could visit with my daughter over face-time, multiple times a day.

Selin has been helping my family make a big transition this summer and we could not be more grateful.  After being home with my kids for the past 6 years, I?m returning to work and Selin has been taking expert care of our two kids (age 5.5 and 3).   While they are home with her, they make the most creative art projects, read stories, write books, ride scooters, take adventure walks to the park, and play fun games.  My kids are so happy and are adjusting well thanks to her tender care.  Mid-September, my youngest will begin school and Selin will be available for a full-time position!  Please don?t pass up the opportunity to get to know her.  She is completely dependable, kind, and loving.  We are so lucky to have her in our lives.   

Selin does an amazing job connecting with our little girl, always engaging and playing on her level. She has always been on time and is a great communicator with scheduling. She was very reliable and always helped with extra stuff around the house. She's would be a great asset to any family!
