Now I have over 18 years of extensive experience with Parkinson's/ Alzheimer's and Dementia disease as well hospice needs. I have worked in Independent living, assistant living facilities and a private home care settings now for almost two decades now. I work long hours shifts/weekends. I creat a customized Care plan specifically to every patient needs and wants. From activities of daily living to medical needs/ doctor's appointments and pharmacy RX/ ordering and a weekly jar med setups management.
