About Selena

Hello! My name is Selena. I have a degree jn Psychology and my focal point for grad school is nuero cognitive disorders. I have worked for families with dementia, MS, BH disorders, CP, and respite care. I worked as a Caregiver for 3 years with one family (ref as needed) then Banner Health as a Behavioral Health/CNA and ultimately Case Management. I had to take a step back this year due to health reasons; and am looking preferably for a PT position with one or two consistent families for approx 30 hours. Please be upfront about the clients needs, behaviors, and expectations during assessment. I do not prefer to transport in my own vehicle due to having young, slightly dirty children. I can perform ADLs, light housekeeping, running errands, redirection, medication management, remove IV if necessary, change Catheters, clean equipment and tubing, and monitor vitals as needed. I can perform respite care with respect to needs of patient, family, culture, belief, and stage of passing.
