I am a CNA/GNA with 2 years' experience in long-term care, dementia, and hospice. Currently an RN student at Cecil College. I'm patient, compassionate, and dependable. I care for seniors as if they were my own family, with respect and dignity. My passion for caregiving began with caring for my grandfather for over 4 years, which inspired me to enter healthcare. I find meaning in building trust, offering companionship, and making each resident feel valued and safe. I'm skilled in ADLs, communicate clearly with staff and families, and observe and report changes in condition promptly. I'm looking for a supportive team that values quality care and offers growth opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy movies, reading, and word puzzles.
