About Seija

Hello! My name is Seija and I'm looking for a kind family in need of companion care for their loved one. I have many years experience offering compassionate care and home health assistance, especially to those suffering from dementia/Alzheimer's. Just a few of the things I have extensive experience with is offering companionship, meal prep and light housekeeping, medication prompting, assistance with bathing and dressing, as well as providing transportation and assisting with errands. I'm also available for overnight respite. Although I am 41 years young, I feel like I'm a bit of an "old soul"! I enjoy reading (when I can!), doing crossword puzzles and Sudoku, watching old movies and playing cards and backgammon. I also love going for walks, taking drives and hearing the stories of people's pasts!
