About Victoria

Torrie started with us when our sons were 4 months old and almost three, caring primarily for our youngest son while our eldest is in school. During this past 13 months, she has provided a supportive, nurturing environment for the boys and has been an attentive caregiver that puts our minds at ease. She has done an outstanding job working collaboratively with us, implementing new schedules and being a partner in transitions such as new nap schedules or introducing solid food. She is highly communicative and very flexible. She integrates any changes to the kids' care plan seamlessly, without us ever needing to ask more than once. When with one or both boys, Torrie draws on her experience to make sure her time with them is fun, educational, and safe. She plans outings to places like the library, zoo, or playground, and sets up activities at home such as art projects and building forts. At the same time, she always keeps the boys on schedule and makes sure they are on time when going to an activity. I have personally ridden with her multiple times, and can say firsthand that she is a very observant and safe driver. The simplest way I can put it is this: with Torrie, we take comfort knowing that our children are always safe, happy, and well-looked after.
