I have more than 30 years as a CNA/home health aide. I have sound knowledge of safety and accident prevention. I follow directions well and work with minimal supervision. I am able to adapt to changing situations and atmospheres at any given time. I'm able to work effectively with physicians, peers, and other professionals. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have a great bedside manner and exceptional capability to multitask. I have worked in many different settings thorughout my career. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, with agencies and also private dury. I started caring for seniors at an early age. As I started watching my grandmother get older and needing help with things, and my uncle who had a stroke that was unable to do certain things without Assistance. That's when I decided to go into the medical field at the age of 19. I knew at that time that I wanted to help people with their quality of life.
