Sean is mature, responsible, respectful and smart. He is down to earth and creative. He engages well with the kids and parents. My three kids adore Sean from the first time he watched them, and although they are older now, they still love spending time with Sean whenever given the chance. I highly recommend hiring Sean for any age. He knows how to be fun but at the same time puts safety as the highest priority at all times.
