My background includes 25 years as a personal trainer, helping seniors stay active and healthy. I also have six years of experience working with individuals with Autism. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and easygoing. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following your preferred communication method. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I believe compatible personalities are key to building a strong connection with those I care for. I have a college degree and current CPR Training.
