As an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing young minds, I bring creativity, patience, and a wealth of experience to my role. With a college degree and three years of hands-on experience caring for up to four children at a time. I also have experience working in a child development center. I have honed my skills in fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. I can provide written daily reports and I encourage verbal communication during pickup, with calls primarily reserved for emergencies. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring a consistent and harmonious environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of play that stimulates their physical, mental, and emotional development. My CPR and First Aid training further ensures their safety.
