I help students who are bright but overwhelmed build executive function skills-organization, planning, task initiation, and follow-through-while supporting parents through the IEP and 504 process. This is coaching and systems-building, not traditional tutoring. I specialize in working with students who struggle not because of ability-but because school systems demand executive function skills that haven't fully developed yet. My work focuses on: • Organization & planning systems • Time management and task initiation • Working memory and follow-through • Emotional regulation around school stress • Bridging school expectations with home support In addition to student coaching, I support parents by: • Helping interpret psychoeducational evaluations • Preparing for IEP and 504 meetings • Translating school recommendations into practical daily routines • Supporting consistency across school, home, and outside providers
