Making a real difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with 20 years of experience providing hospice, home health, personal, dementia, and medical management care, I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to my work. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates to families, always following their preferred communication methods. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection with those I care for. I have a car and i'm comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in supporting families and ensuring their loved ones receive the best possible care.
