I'm Scarlette, a professional childcare provider and Newborn Care Specialist with years of hands-on experience caring for children and a genuine passion for supporting families during the newborn stage. I specialize in providing attentive, nurturing, and personalized care for newborns and infants. I understand that welcoming a baby is an incredibly special-and sometimes overwhelming-time for parents, and my goal is to provide exceptional care while creating a calm, organized, and reassuring environment for both baby and family. My newborn-care experience includes feeding and bottle preparation, diapering, soothing, age-appropriate routines, newborn sleep support, maintaining a safe sleep environment, baby laundry and organization, and helping parents feel confident and supported in their day-to-day routines. I'm attentive to each baby's individual needs and always respect the parenting philosophy and preferences of the family I work with. I am CPR/AED certified
