About Sayuri

Hi! I'm 18 years old and caring for kids has been a big part of my life. I come from a family of six and, as the second oldest, I've helped with younger siblings since I was little. I've also babysat for family friends and teachers, and I truly love spending time with children. I'm not your typical 18-year-old -- I'm disciplined, focused, and responsible. I've played viola for over eight years and even performed with the Utah Symphony, sharing music and creativity with kids. I've traveled the world with my family for a year through Europe and Japan, caring for younger kids along the way, which taught me patience, flexibility, and how to make kids feel comfortable anywhere. I'm also a dedicated Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who has placed top 3 at Worlds, and I bring that same dedication into everything I do. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and love creating a fun, calm, and safe environment for children. Top 3 skills: Patient & caring, responsible & dependable, creative & fun.
