I've helped dozens of families. The only negative review is from a woman who wanted to hire me for 11 hrs. Only when I reached out to confirm the job a few days before did she significantly change the hours and pay. I still agreed to come, but the day before she kept blocking my texts and phone calls. I assumed that she didn't want my services and was being discourteous. She also wanted me to bring my children. She wanted to have my personal facebook info and video chat there instead of zoom. I felt very uncomfortable. Care investigated and blocked her.

Sayra was phenomenal to work with! The kids loved her!!! We were in town for a wedding, and she babysit two days. She even got the kids dressed and ready to attend the wedding reception, and then brought them back to the hotel. She was amazing to work with and so kind. I wish she lived closer to us!

I'm sure Sayra is a wonderful caregiver based on reviews however she was extremely unprofessional. 
We booked Sayra to provide child care during our trip for my birthday. We even agreed to allow her children to come with her.
About 5 days before our trip some of our plans changed and I asked if we could change the hours booked for her originally stated hourly rate (Sayra had previously agreed on a flat rate) Sayra agreed & didn't negotiate or mention any annoyance at this. It would have been about the same pay for less hours. 
Despite having all of the details, she responded with immense hostility when my phone was temporarily out of service for about ten hours, the day before our trip (2 days before she was to provide care). Instead of waiting for me to reach out she stated that my phone mishap was "sketchy" and that she was upset about the change of hours and cancelled. We are now out a few hundred dollars spent on non-refundable tickets because of Sayra's behavior.

Sayra was great and our kids loved her! Definitely recommend her!

I believe we found the nicest person in Tennessee to care for our toddler. My wife and I had to be at work before our daughter was awake, and they were fast friends! (Our daughter can be really wary of new people.) 
I can't express enough the quality of care Sayra gave to our child. She was running up and hugging Sayra after a day! 
Sayra was so mindful about any dietary, medical needs. I would hire her again in a second!

Sayra applied for my posting when I was looking for child care for my 4 month old daughter. This was a one time hiring, as I was traveling to Gatlinburg, TN to spend time with friends and wanted to go out baby free for a few hours. I interviewed Sayra over the phone before hiring her-she asked many relevant questions & even provided a reference contact for me to chat with. All conversations suggested Sayra would be a great fit for my needs & for my young baby. She confirmed the booking a few days in advance, arrived to the house on time, and carefully followed along as we discussed my baby's schedule & routines. I felt comfortable leaving my daughter with Sayra. She has such a kind presence & I knew my daughter would be in the best care. I would recommend for any parent to hire Sayra because of the overwhelming positive experience I had with her, and if I were to be in the area again, I would hire her again without hesitation. So go enjoy a night child free because your children will be safe & cared for with Sayra!

We hired Sayra while we were on vacation and needed a babysitter for a few hours. Our 3 year old never had a babysitter before so we were really nervous but he took to her immediately! She even calmed my nerves before hand by talking to me on the phone and offering a video call. She respected our wishes and wore a mask around our little guy. He had so much fun with her. When we got back he was snuggled up to her on the couch. She even put the towels in the dryer for us! She came early too btw. I would definitely recommend.

Sayra had great communication and organization which made it easy to arrange child care. We were in Tennessee from Minnesota for a week and my husband and I wanted to have a day to ourselves to go white water rafting and to dinner. Sayra came to our house we rented and even brought some toys for the little ones to play with (we flew and weren't able to bring a ton of stuff for them) 
We have an 8 year old and a VERY needy one year old .  We have never used Care.com or had a babysitter while out of state so we were a extremely nervous, but her communication prior to helped eased our minds.  My 8 year old had fun . Thank you Sayra for allowing us to have a date day while on our family vacation filled with activities for the kids.
