I am calm, personable and creative and like to craft, make art, and bake. I like working with children because I enjoy their company and energy. Growing up in a large family, I was tasked with childcare duties, at an elementary school age. Professionally, I've worked with a 4-year-old from February to June of 2026 and a baby in February of 2026. I can change diapers, set clear boundaries, meal prep, and engaging children in conversation or creative activities. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, but still consistent on a weekly basis; working for a family who is patient, concise and respectful with feedback and expectations, creative, and engaged with educational activities. I'm willing to learn and take on new tasks, as long as my employer has a conversation with me about it beforehand. I need clear and written directives on expectations in the workplace and ask that with modification to my work or schedule I be given reasonable notice beforehand so I can adequately adjust.
