About Savannah

I have years of experience caring for children through babysitting and volunteering in children's ministries. I'm a positive, reliable, and responsible individual with a strong faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. I recently graduated from California State University, Northridge with a BA in Journalism and have since relocated to Austin, seeking a fresh start and the opportunity to build a strong Christian community. As a military brat, I spent my youth traveling across the country with my family. I was raised that screen time wasn't a given, but was something to be earned which encouraged me to get creative-choreographing dances, attending camps, and organizing lemonade stands and bake sales. I value hands-on caregiving and aim to give children the kind of unplugged, imaginative childhood I had and encourage building hobbies outside of screens.
