About Savannah

I think the most important aspect of caretaking is making meaningful connections as-well as making seniors feel heard and seen. I love all the stories, weird requests, and how they are visibly touched when I remember small details. I feel it is important to face everyone with a smile and open ears to any request, question or comment. I've always had a passion for helping people and know clearly going forward it is what I want to do, though at times tiring it is genuinely what I love. I have tremendous prior hands-on experience taking care of my grandmother for 12 months after brain surgery, my grandfather before he passed away, as well as seniors at Cordia senior center!
