I understand the importance of discipline, teamwork, and dedication. I earned my 4-year degree while competing at a high level, and I've carried that same passion into working with kids for over a decade. For the past 10+ years, I've specialized in strength and conditioning training for young athletes, helping kids grow in confidence, stay active, and have fun while learning healthy habits. I've also worked at numerous sports camps, where I've had the pleasure of mentoring and supporting children of all ages in a safe, encouraging environment. Whether I'm helping with homework, playing games, or keeping up with your energetic little ones, I bring patience, reliability, and a big heart to every babysitting job.
