Hi! I'm 18 years old and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with two years of experience caring for seniors. I really enjoy helping people and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own homes. I'm patient, dependable, and understand that everyone has different needs. I'm comfortable helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship while always encouraging as much independence as possible. I'm also trained to stay calm and supportive when someone is feeling confused or having a difficult day. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid, so safety is always one of my top priorities. I also believe that good communication is important, and I'm happy to keep family members updated in whatever way they prefer.
