Hey there! I'm Savannah and I am a professional nanny. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education, completed DCF training, and have over a decade of experience working with children of all ages. I was a teacher at a private academy for 3 years before I became a full time nanny. I treasure the bonds I form with each child I work with. It means a lot to me that I get to have a part in helping children grow into kind, empathetic, creative, intelligent human beings. I love incorporating nature, outdoors, arts and crafts, and developmental exercises into my daily routine with the children I care for. I am an incredibly safe driver with a clean record and plenty of experience providing safe transportation. Savannah babysat my 1 and 4 year old boys in Helen, GA. We were visiting from out of town for a wedding. Savannah gave me the contact of a family she had nannied for as a reference, and they highly recommended her too. Since our son was in the wedding as a ring bearer, we wanted him to get picked up before bedtime. Savannah came to the venue in the afternoon to meet my kids and transfer our car seats to her car. When she arrived later that evening and the 4 year old wasn't ready to leave the dance floor, she took the baby and he fell asleep in her arms. She then drove both boys back to our rental home safely and put them to bed, allowing the grown-ups to enjoy the rest of the wedding festivities. Savannah was kind, responsible, and the kids immediately felt at ease with her. You can tell she's experienced. I only wish she lived in my hometown because I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
