About Savanna

Unlocking a student's unique potential is the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, History, and Special Education for elementary and middle school students. As a Certified teacher experienced with IEP and 504 plans, I tailor my approach by observing how you interact with new material and adapting my methods to suit your needs. I keep learning engaging by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and breaking down challenges into manageable steps. I believe clear, open communication builds the trust necessary for your academic growth. Whether we meet at your home, online, or in the community, I am dedicated to celebrating your progress. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks, and I look forward to supporting your journey toward success.
