My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I can also provide written daily reports. I am comfortable communicating with families using their preferred method. While I have some high school education, my experience speaks for itself.
