I'm patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with someone. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I have some college education, a car, and provide live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and dementia care. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I speak both English and French.
