I'm a warm, dependable companion who enjoys helping older adults feel comfortable, respected, connected, and independent. I bring a Master's in Public Health, giving me a strong foundation in healthy aging, prevention, nutrition, health literacy, and safety awareness. I'm also CPR certified for adults through the American Red Cross, recently renewed. My background complements my experience caring for people across generations. I provide patient, attentive companionship while respecting each person's dignity, preferences, and independence. I'm happy to help with light errands, meal preparation, walks, appointments, household tasks, or simply spend time talking, reading, playing games, or enjoying the day together. I'm attentive to changes in routine or well-being and comfortable communicating with families. I also offer house-sitting, plant care, and pet-sitting, making me a helpful extra set of hands for the whole family!
