I have 8 years experience helping people with limited abilities. I started as a home health aid in college then when I graduated I was hired as a Community Employment Specialist. As a home health aid I helped them with their daily routines along with helped with any errands they needed done. When I graduated I wanted to help them in a different way. As a Community Employment Specialist I helped them gain a job out in the community by building their skill sets and resumes. I also helped them with interview skills and how to be professional in a job setting.
