About Sara

Caring for others is deeply personal to me. I recently had the privilege of caring for my father as he navigated significant medical challenges before his passing. Through that experience, I gained hands-on caregiving skills and a deeper understanding of the compassion, patience, and dedication required to support someone through difficult stages of life. My responsibilities included assisting with meals, medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily personal care. I also understand the emotional challenges families face, as my mother is currently living with Alzheimer's disease. This experience has given me firsthand insight into the stress, uncertainty, and patience that caregiving often requires, as well as the importance of providing consistent support and reassurance. I am known for being patient, calm, dependable, and approachable, and I believe trust is the foundation of every successful caregiver relationship.
