About Sara

While I was completing my undergrad degree, I worked in a hospital kitchen making and delivering meals to patients of all kinds. My family also housed my grandmother during her hospice experience for months, so I understand needing help with the basics. I have known elderly people who just needed help cooking, cleaning and getting out and about. After having cared for children for 5 years, I know some of my nanny experiences like grocery shopping, home cooking with whole foods and cleaning the home can also help my senior citizen neighbors, not just local parents with young children. In my spare time, I like to write poetry, sing and practice guitar, enjoy nature, and spend time with my doggo.
