About Sara

Sara has been an absolute blessing to our family over the 3+ months we got to know her. From the very first interview, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity and communication—following up proactively. She provides detailed daily notes and photos through our baby app, and maintains responsive, warm and helpful communication despite English not being her first language. What truly sets Sara apart is the genuine bond she’s formed with our now 5-month-old son. He lights up every morning when she arrives, and it’s clear he feels safe, loved and excited in her care. She brings incredible energy—singing, dancing and engaging him with enthusiasm, creativity, patience and love. She thoughtfully varies activities, rotates toys, adjusts the environment and makes a point to take our baby outside daily. She keeps all of his laundry, bottles and nursery organized and clean and also helps with light housekeeping whenever she has a minute to spare. Sara is consistently punctual, reliable and highly observant - she is very in tune with our son and points out helpful details about how he is feeling and his overall development. She is receptive and welcomes any feedback or suggestions. This was especially helpful through several formula recipe changes we needed to make. Her warmth, compassion and playfulness transcend any language—our son feels her love and care whether she speaks to him in English or Spanish. We couldn’t recommend Sara more highly. She’s not just a caregiver; she’s someone who truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction with us and our son. We look forward to working with Sara again!
